Los Angeles Times Should Release Barack Obama-Rashid Khalidi Video

Let me add my small blog voice to the growing crowd: The Los Angeles Times needs to release the video that supposedly shows Barack Obama "toasting a terrorist" (and not in the nuclear vaporization sort of way, either). As Little Green Footballs points out, the infamous figure in question is former PLO spokesman Rashid Khalidi. RedState has the latest in the form of a Fox News report: No one can credibly deny that the media establishment is in the tank for Barack Obama. If there's nothing to see, a public vetting of the video would dispel the rumors. But the longer the Times clings to it, the more legitimate suspicion grows. And the Times' excuses for not releasing the video don't hold much water. All appearances indicate they are … [Read more...]

Is Barack Obama a Socialist?

Watch the video, and decide for yourself (H/T Rocky Mountain Right): Memo to media establishment: You can go back to writing about Sarah Palin's wardrobe and digging up dirt on Joe The Plumber. … [Read more...]

“I am Joe”

Perhaps the best and most timely ad the McCain-Palin campaign has put out: Just be careful where you go with that McCain bumper sticker, lest you get attacked by a deranged Barack Obama supporter. (Update:This particular incident turns out to have been a cruel hoax. I share Jim Geraghty's sentiments. Meanwhile, the death threats keep rolling in.) … [Read more...]

My Shameless Boss Sells His Used Socks on Ebay (for a Good Cause)

There's something you ought to know about my boss Jon Caldara: He is perfectly comfortable with shameless attention-grabbing. Did you see the "Amendment 49 - Ivory Tower Explanation" sock puppet video? Well, now the sock puppets make an encore appearance: A bid for the used socks (ew!) on Ebay goes to fund the Amendment 49 campaign. You all can do better than $14.08 (the current bid). For the sakes of the poor sock puppets, please.... … [Read more...]

Slow Joe the Six-Term Senator … Remember, He’s Smarter Than You

Joe Biden, er, how many letters in that word? If it makes you feel better, Joe Biden clearly has a "much higher IQ than you": It's Friday, a good time for laughs. So if you have 10 minutes, you also ought to watch the good-spirited and rollicking humor of Senator John McCain's speech at the Al Smith dinner. Even Barack Obama was in stitches as many of the subtle (and sometimes self-deprecating) jabs were delivered. (H/T Patrick Ruffini, The Next Right) … [Read more...]

Nick Kliebenstein for House District 33: Creative Ad, Conservative Leader

Nick Kliebenstein is one of the more impressive candidates I've seen this year. Running for the Colorado State House in District 33, which includes Broomfield and surrounding areas, Nick came up with this creative piece of Web advertising: At least I don't have to pronounce his name as I'm writing this post, but I am looking forward to hearing more about Nick Kliebenstein's independent conservative leadership in the state legislature for years to come. … [Read more...]

CNN Documents ACORN Voter Fraud: 2,100 Registrations All Phony

Though they couldn't bring themselves to identify ACORN's connection with Barack Obama and the Democratic Party (via Powerline): 2,100 voter registrations in one county, and they are ALL fraudulent? Has Barack Obama answered any questions about ACORN? … [Read more...]

Amendment 54 Ad Spotlights Remedy for No-Bid Contract Corruption

Colorado's Amendment 54 proponents have taken their case to the airwaves for the first time [Video Updated]: The case of state senator Abel Tapia receiving hundreds of thousands in no-bid government contracts over 10 years was first brought to light by the Denver Post back in April. But as the ad correctly points out, Amendment 54 would create an electronic database of no-bid government contracts searchable by Colorado citizens. You can find the explanation for my endorsement of Amendment 54 and thumbnail explanations of all the measures on my guide to the 2008 Colorado ballot. ^^^^^^^ Most of the HP2-Q01 servicing HP desktops, workstations and notebooks and Cisco 640-553 implementing IOS network security students are … [Read more...]

Obama Asked Vote Fraud ACORN to Help “Shape” Presidential Agenda

A few days ago I highlighted the connections between Barack Obama and ACORN, the group infamously known for two things: 1. Lawsuits that blackmailed banks and other financial institutions into making untold amounts of bad loans, a practice that fed the cancer underpinning the current market crisis. 2. Massive voter fraud in key election battleground states. Barack Obama used to work for ACORN, filed at least one lawsuit on behalf of ACORN, and gave $800,000 from his campaign to ACORN. Yeah, some skeptics say, but really how connected are they? Compliments of Elmumfo - by way of Okie Campaigns - we are treated to further enlightening of what Obama thinks of ACORN:In December of 2007, Obama told ACORN activists: "...but let me even … [Read more...]

Joshua Sharf Confronts Opponent about “Educate the Idiots” Campaign

Now that the whistleblower has come forward to verify the authenticity of the Left-wing Colorado Democracy Alliance documents, including its "Educate the Idiots" campaign, here's a video of Republican state house candidate (and longtime blogger) Joshua Sharf posing the issue to Democrat opponent Lois Court at a recent televised forum: And if you want to know more about what issues distinguish the two candidates, here's a glimpse at their closing statements: It's an uphill battle for Joshua to win this race in a majority-Democrat district, but he is making an impression as an aggressive and articulate candidate for rock-solid conservative Republican principles. Party leaders should take notice. … [Read more...]
