The observations made by the Denver's archbishop are hardly anything new or unreasonable, but the Rocky Mountain News reports that his words are stirring up the blogs (which ones? not clear):Denver Archbishop Charles Chaput told a Canadian audience this week that some Catholics are treating President Barack Obama with a "spirit of adulation bordering on servility." Isaac Smith, Whistleblower on “Educate the Idiots”, Tells His Story
A week ago, I noted that Colorado's high-powered Lefties were fighting back to "Educate the Idiots" about the authenticity of documents that shine an unflattering light on their Colorado Democracy Alliance (CoDA). Of course, since then we've seen the "whistleblower" Isaac Smith come forward to vouch for the documents he provided. Listen to Isaac tell his story to Jon Caldara, guest host for Mike Rosen, on 850 KOA earlier this week. The Left is assailing Isaac's character as a "thief" and a "forger". Judge for yourself, but it sure sounds to me that this guy has a lot less vested interest than the members of the CoDA who look bad. Wrangling Colorado Center-Right Blogs
Hooray, a positive - and promising - development in Colorado's center-right blogosphere has emerged. The conservative-leaning news site Face The State announces its "Blog Wrangler". The Wrangler features some of the latest posts on this page. It doesn't update as quickly as the Rocky Mountain Alliance feed (see sidebar of any member's page), but then again it's more attractively laid out and covers a broader collection of blogs. Face The State also has what looks like a comprehensive list of Colorado center-right bloggers - I'll have to compare it to my own blogroll some time.
