The Colorado General Assembly – specifically the Senate Education Committee – will listen tomorrow to a proposal by Senator Nancy Spence (R – Centennial) to set up a state grant program so school districts can offer performance pay incentives to teachers. Ben: I’d like to see more details on the Utah universal school voucher program. What is an “approved private school?” Will parochial schools and religious schools be considered “approved?” Do restrictions exist that would limit the speech of religious schools?
